How to download jar files without the help of basis team ?

Hi Guys,
The reason behind writing this blog is that, one of my friend try to do his first java mapping with the help of my first blog (javamapping) and he is working on PO 7.5 and he faced some  difficulty to find library file for that and he also try other blogs also, but didn’t find right answer So I try from my end and find one of the simple solution that my help other also.
steps are:
Run->> command window type
Javaws –viewer
The following will open:

Right click on ESR and show JNLP file
In this file you find path of lib file which you want then copy that full path 

and open the browser, and paste that path and click on go
Then you can download and do your work

So if you know the path of your server you can directly open the browser and download that files.

I have some visions on mind. I think this is the team to make those visions happen. As part of my plan I have planned to develop our self technically and we needs to put our best efforts towards our visions. I spoke with many people regarding these visions. Everyone said " it won’t work. It won’t happen. It is impossible. " It's not about possible to do or not. It’s all about how far we tried. At least we should try and then we have to say this is not possible. Without a try just having a vision won’t work out at all. We guys are having the same thoughts and vision if I’m not wrong.
